Outpatient Fees:
Assessment $110.00
Individual and family therapy $57.00 per hour
Group therapy $22.00 per hour
Substance Abuse Education $20.00 per hour
Urinalysis $22.00 per sample
Inpatient Fees:
$240.00 per day. Includes all treatment and consultation services
delivered on site. Does not include medical or psychiatric services
delivered by professionals in the community, such as at medical
or urgent care centers.
Insurance Coverage:
Daybreak services are covered by most carriers, including:
MSC/Premera Blue Cross (Preferred provider)
Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound (Pre-authorization required)
Group Health Northwest Cooperative - Spokane (Pre-authorization
required)
Cigna Behavioral Health (Prior authorization required)
Regence Blue Shield
PHCO - Spokane (Referral to inpatient from an outpatient facility
required)
Daybreak services are not covered by Champus or Tri-Care.

Financial Aid:
Daybreak provides financial aid to families who meet state or federal
low income guidelines, or to families with serious financial hardships.

Outpatient Serivces:
Medicaid/Title XIX/CHIP coupons are accepted as full payment for
services in Spokane.
Inpatient Services:
Medicaid/Title XIX/CHIP coupons are accepted as full payment for
services - In Vancouver only.
State of Washington - Grants (Eligibility is determined by Daybreak.)
State of Idaho - Grants (Eligibility determined by Business Psychology
Associates.)
Daybreak Scholarship Fund (These funds provided by United Way and
private donors.Eligibility determined by Daybreak).
